Q: What is your return policy?
A: We will gladly accept any unopened and undamaged packages within 14 days. Email us at email@example.com and write RETURN in the subject line. Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. We’ll notify you via email regarding the refund or exchange. It usually takes up to 3-5 business days for your bank institution to process the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For exchanges, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and write EXCHANGE in the subject line. We will confirm that we have the exchange instock. When we receive your exchange, we’ll send out your replacement immediately.
Q: Each set is $5. Why is shipping $6?!
A: Both sides—shoppers and WrapArtist, were tired of mail being lost. The customer would have to wait even longer for a new packet to be resent and we have to eat the costs. We searched high and low for the best and most affordable method of shipment. As of right now $6 for FLAT RATE PRIORITY mail is the best way to prove each customer receives their packet.
Q: When will I get my order?
A: All orders placed by noon will be processed and shipped the same day. Any orders placed after will be processed the next day. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-3 days. We ship from Los Angeles, California.
Q: Do your nail decals work with gel?
A: Yes! They work with gel or regular nail polish. Just make sure to seal it with a top coat.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
